Summary

Evie has spent more than a year trapped within the terrifying Court of Night, a vampiric estate where her rare blood has made her a prized possession rather than a person. Surrounded by cruelty and fear, she no longer believes freedom or safety are possible, convinced her life will forever belong to the monsters who keep her captive.

Natalya, the powerful second in command of the Chicago based Court of Chains, is one of the rarest supernatural beings in existence: a succubus whose touch brings agony and whose kiss is fatal. After a tense encounter with the Court of Night, Natalya unexpectedly becomes responsible for Evie, only to discover something impossible. Unlike anyone else, Evie feels no pain beneath Natalya’s touch and somehow survives the deadly kiss of a succubus.

As the connection between them deepens, both women are forced to confront dangerous truths about themselves, power, and trust. But in a world ruled by monsters and violence, their growing bond may place them directly in the path of even greater danger.

Tasty Thoughts

HOLY SISTERS OF SAPPHO. I have no notes—only incoherent noises and a desperate need for book two. My blood pressure may never recover. This book is hot hot hot, but it’s also devastatingly tender and beautifully written. Kiss of Seduction is everything I want from a dark sapphic fantasy romance: lush worldbuilding, emotionally charged intimacy, and two women who are equal parts broken, brave, and breathtakingly real.

Evie absolutely shattered me. She’s a survivor in every sense—her vulnerability and quiet courage make her one of the most compelling heroines I’ve read in a long time. After enduring so much cruelty at the hands of the vampiric Court of Night, she somehow still finds the strength to trust again. The way Rawnie Sabor writes her healing journey—slow, tentative, and earned—made my heart ache in the best way. And Natalya? Oh, Natalya. The second-in-command of the Chicago-based Court of Chains, a powerful succubus whose touch can kill and whose kiss is pure sin—she’s magnetic, dangerous, and yet deeply compassionate beneath all that power. Watching her learn to care for Evie, to cherish her, was nothing short of stunning.

The chemistry between them is explosive, but what really floored me was how the heat serves the story. Every intimate scene carries emotional weight and character growth—this isn’t spice for spice’s sake. Sabor knows exactly how to use sensuality to tell a story about trauma, healing, and reclamation. There’s an incredible dom/sub dynamic woven throughout that feels both consensual and cathartic, a reclamation of control and pleasure that fits the narrative so beautifully. And yes, the steam level is off the charts—think “had to pause the audiobook and take a deep breath” levels of intense—but it never overshadows the heart. If you follow me on the 'gram, you might have seen my story with bedhead b/c I legit dreamed about and lost sleep over this book.

It’s important to note that this is a dark romance. The content warnings are necessary, as Evie’s trauma is real and painful. But what I admire most is how Sabor handles those themes—with care, with empathy, and with an understanding that healing isn’t linear. This is a story about surviving the unimaginable, finding love when you least expect it, and daring to believe you deserve joy after the world has tried to convince you otherwise.

And I have to say—the audiobook is a superb way to experience this story. Allie Shea’s talent truly shines here. Her performance captures every ounce of tension, longing, and vulnerability between Evie and Natalya. The way she transitions between their voices is seamless—you can feel the shift in power, emotion, and desire in every line. Allie radiates the dynamic between these two women so vividly that it becomes almost cinematic. It’s the kind of narration that makes you forget you’re listening to a book—you’re just there, living it with them.

Rawnie Sabor has burst onto the sapphic fantasy scene with an absolute masterpiece. Kiss of Seduction is dark, sultry, and deeply human at its core—a story about love that heals, power that protects, and intimacy that transforms.

If you love your sapphic romance with danger, devotion, and unapologetic heat, this one will ruin you in the best possible way. Kiss of Seduction isn’t just a book—it’s an experience.
