  • All apparel and merchandise are fulfilled through Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping times depending on the customer’s location and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Shipping Policy

    Yes, we ship internationally! Please note that VAT, customs duties, taxes, and any additional import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Missing or incorrect shipping information may cause delays in processing or delivery.

    We currently ship to most countries worldwide; however, some destinations are unavailable due to legal restrictions, sanctions, or shipping carrier limitations.

    At this time, we are unable to ship to:

    • Crimea Region, Donetsk People's Republic, and Luhansk People's Republic in Ukraine
    • Russia
    • Belarus
    • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
    • Ecuador
    • Cuba
    • Iran
    • Syria
    • North Korea
    • Venezuela

    Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, shipping options remain limited. Orders to Ukraine can only be fulfilled from select European fulfillment facilities, and product availability may vary.

    Similar restrictions may apply to certain regions, including Kosovo, where available products and fulfillment options may be limited.

  • Refund Policy

    Thank you for shopping Sterling Sapphic Reads merch!

    All Sterling Sapphic Reads merch items are made to order and shipped directly through Printful. Because each item is created specifically for your order, all merch sales are final.

    We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Incorrect sizing

    • Accidental purchases

    • Shipping delays outside of our control

    Refunds (merch store credit only) or replacements may be considered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or contain a misprint. Approval of damaged item refunds or replacements is at the discretion of Sterling Sapphic Reads.

    To request a review for a damaged or incorrect item, you must submit:

    • Receipt or proof of purchase

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or misprint

    All refund or replacement requests must be submitted through our Refund Request Form within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. 

    Because products are made on demand rather than in bulk, production and shipping may take slightly longer. Creating products this way helps reduce overproduction, and we appreciate your thoughtful purchasing decisions and support of small creators.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please read our refund policy and contact us within 7 days of product delivery using the Refund Request Form so we can review and assist you.

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

  • Products are printed and shipped through Printful fulfillment centers. Shipping locations may vary depending on product availability and customer location.

  • At this time, Sterling Sapphic Reads does not offer fully custom merch designs. However, we always love hearing ideas from the community. If there’s a design, quote, aesthetic, or merch concept you’d love to see, feel free to share it with us. Your idea may inspire a future merch drop or collection.
