REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping Sterling Sapphic Reads merch!

All Sterling Sapphic Reads merch items are made to order and shipped directly through Printful. Because each item is created specifically for your order, all merch sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Accidental purchases

  • Shipping delays outside of our control

Refunds (merch store credit only) or replacements may be considered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or contain a misprint. Approval of damaged item refunds or replacements is at the discretion of Sterling Sapphic Reads.

To request a review for a damaged or incorrect item, you must submit:

  • Receipt or proof of purchase

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or misprint

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted through our Refund Request Formwithin a reasonable timeframe after delivery. 

Because products are made on demand rather than in bulk, production and shipping may take slightly longer. Creating products this way helps reduce overproduction, and we appreciate your thoughtful purchasing decisions and support of small creators.
